I recieved a quick response to my initial email enquiry and request for additional photos of the underside of the vehicle. A viewing and test drive was arranged for the following day. This was undertaken without any pressure to buy the vehicle. A purchase was agreed that day. A date for collection was arranged; this went without issue and additional work had been completed as agreed.

From arriving on site Paul was welcoming and immediately honest about the car I was looking at. He gave an accurate and fair appraisal of my part exchange and offered me a fair price, slightly higher that I had been offered elsewhere. The Passat I originally looked at was the one I purchased and was exactly as described in the advert. Paul was honest about a couple of pain blemishes and offered me a fair discount to get them done myself. He even topped up the MOT to a full 12 months, which was a welcome addition that I did not expect. Overall a fantastic experience and a credit to their years of experience, with an approach like this no wonder they have been trading for 60+ years.
